Bayer Pharma implement a global IT solution for campaign management and marketing automation (SFMC Sales Force Marketing Cloud). A small team mapped the whole experience from the point of view of different users of SFMC with the goal to identify opportunities to improve the experience.

Digital illustrations were needed to improve the journey map’s quality in terms of style and usability.
